Individuals who are aged between 18 and 65 years of age.
Individuals who experience significant limitation to their function in one or more of the following domains:
Impaired capacity to recognise and send meaningful and relevant information for everyday perception.
Impaired capacity to control cognitive sequences to exhibit conformal behaviours.
Impaired capacity to expressively interact with required activities in everyday life.
Require an evaluation of their current functional capacity to inform the level of support for their next NDIS Plan
If an individual has never completed a functional capacity assessment or have experienced a significant event causing a change in their independence.
Has a recommendation from another health professional or service that requires an accurate representation of their functional capacity.
Hilfe Services utilises an experimental assessment, reporting and recommendation approaches and therefore offers a reduced rate to our participants when providing services.
Our reduced rate is to account for service delivery inconsistency. Inconsistency is a result of our service scope with groups of individuals who experience highly variable limitations.
This will require implementation of an adaptive integration process for representing a uniquely variable individual into our model and hence, will require additional assessment
Here at Hilfe Services we can bill up to 60 minutes total for travel (30 minutes to and from) however, our therapists endeavour to divide travel expenses between participants by tending multiple participants grouped close to each other.
We charge in 6 minute intervals and the first and last participants are charged for the travel to and from the therapists base location.
Our team of allied health assistants are the backbone of our service as they provide a variety of functions guided by our professional team. Our allied health assistants bill for the standard rate of $86.79 per hour.
Our assistants complete arbitrary parts of the assessment such as recording the details of the support network and medication, and complete and score standardised assessments.
Any resource creation, information gathering from other professionals and therapy session notes are completed under strict instruction from our professionals.
All assessment analysis and therapy recommendations are provided by our professionals however, we utilise assistants to compile the administrative parts of report writing.
The health professional will assess the individual in-person which will provide the therapist with critical insight into any expressive limitations.
The health professional will seek to conduct assessments in the home setting, to provide insight into the everyday environment that influences behaviour.
Assessment can take place at a mutual location where confidentiality can be adhered to such as a library, university, someplace where the individual feels most comfortable or somewhere relevant for the service.
The health professional can conduct the assessment virtually through an interview format with some formal and informal assessment.
